Entry Information

• Early Bird Entry Fee - Members: $100.00 for first entry and $75.00 for each additional
• Early Bird Entry Fee - Non-Members: $150.00 for each entry
• Entries must be submitted through the online portal. No physical submissions will be accepted.
• It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the project meets all rules, regulations, and category eligibility requirements.
• The awards committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry for incomplete or incorrect submissions.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility

• Entries must be completed projects finished within the past three years.
• Projects must be located within the chapter's service region.
• Entrants must be current members in good standing with the Demonstration Chapter.
• A project may be entered in only one category.
• Student entries must be enrolled in an accredited design program at time of submission.

Required Uploads

• Minimum 5, maximum 10 high-resolution project photographs (JPG or PNG, minimum 2MB each)
• Floor plan or space plan (PDF format)
• Project narrative (500 words or less describing design intent, challenges, and solutions)
• Completed and signed Project Entry Release Form
